Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs Commences Renovation

Spotlight:

Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs has embarked on a renovation and expansion of its facilities consistent with the Mercedes-Benz Autohaus initiative.

The renovated building will be a Mercedes-Benz Autohaus, which is a global brand design and identity program for Mercedes-Benz retail centers. Autohaus orients the dealership facility around the customer experience. Nationwide, Mercedes-Benz dealers are investing $1.4 billion in Autohaus facilities. Locally, the investment will be more than $3 million.

In Palm Springs the Autohaus will consist of a redesigned showroom with modern, and Palm Springs appropriate, facade. New parking, an expanded boutique and enhanced lounge will make shopping more convenient.

In the work shop the improvements will include state of the art workbenches, electronics and lighting to ensure the highest level of customer service as well as comfort and convenience for the dealership's 30 plus member service team. Additionally, 7,000 square feet of work space will be added.

During the renovation, sales and service will temporarily located two buildings to the west of the Mercedes-Benz facility. Rest assured that we will be able to meet all of your sales and service requirements at this location.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
